Are Dayme Cosmetics products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and handmade using clean, plant-based ingredients. We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.

Are your ingredients organic?
We prioritize certified organic, wild-harvested, and farm-to-jar ingredients whenever possible. Our focus is on purity, sustainability, and efficacy.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes—our formulas are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, and harsh chemicals. However, we always recommend doing a patch test first, especially if you have highly sensitive skin or allergies.

How long do your products last (shelf life)?
Our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness. Most items have a shelf life of 6–12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for best results.


📦 SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our studio in Topanga, California.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
U.S. orders typically ship within 2–4 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on customs and location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.


🛒 ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@daymecosmetics.com. While we’ll do our best, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation—what should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at info@daymecosmetics.com with your name and order details so we can assist you.


🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, botanical products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.

How do I request a return or refund?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you have any concerns about a product, feel free to reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help you choose what’s best for your needs.
